case study #1

Banking

Working with a variety of businesses throughout the years has given us the ability to do tasks that will make your job simpler. IE2TEK provided a complete evaluation for one of the local banks’ contact center, during the course of their engagement with the bank; IE2TEK successfully audited their contact center while giving and proposing methods to improve reporting and statistics.

In addition, several departments’ call flows were redesigned to include a callback function and improved call handling numbers. The IT team’s impact from working with this bank was that it helped IE2TEK manage and recall resolve problems faster, and it gave them a better knowledge of their contact center deployment and structured charts of work.

Case Study #2

Governmental

We worked with a local government office to analyze their unified communications infrastructure, implement best practices, and guide them through a successful migration to new hardware and a Cisco Unified Communications Manager update from version 10.X to 12.X.

We also changed their Voice Gateways and Fax Machines to more reliable electronic solutions, allowing them to increase productivity on analog-based communications. We also documented all of their main numbers and department call patterns, allowing them to evaluate and adjust them as needed by the business.

Case sTUDY #3

Financial Services

This Chicago-based financial services business sought to put in place more restrictive rules for the various sorts of users and endpoints that would be requesting access to network assets, such as Internet gateway access. The overall objective is to utilize Cisco’s Identity Services Engine (ISE) program to manage network asset access based on user and endpoint profiles, and to employ 802.1x authentication to simplify the execution of customer-defined security rules to promote safe borders.

We fully deployed a Cisco solution that authenticates machines with Dot1X, authenticating both the user and the machine, profiled intercoms, phones, and printers, and granted them access based on their group membership, as well as grouped VPN users and granting access based on their group membership.
